What will you be doing day to day?

• Develop designs for the construction, operation and maintenance of machines and mechanical systems for buliding and built environment projects. 
• Engaging with stakeholders such as authorities, clients (external and internal), suppliers and project team members.
• Work with architects, structural engineers and other design professionals to shape the buildings of the future.
• Involvement in planning and feasibility studies through to concept and detailed design.
• Undertaking site-based investigations and construction phase shite visits for a "start to finish" experience.
• Assess existing installations and systems for compliance and upgrades.
• Create drawings and schematics using REVIT, 3D modelling, BIM and other industry software.
• Perform calculations to analyse and design mechanical system components.
• Working on a variety of projects concurrently.
