Your Capabilities and Credentials
- ISA Arborist certification required
- Basic experience with relevant drafting/design software, such as AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, Photoshop, ProjectWise, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiar with CAD workspaces and project platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite.
- Utilizes relevant software programs to assist with the preparation of simple exhibits to complex working drawings as directed.
- Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the design team.
- Understanding of legal and design requirements based on project specification.
- Thorough knowledge and interpretation of code compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting, engage in creative and critical thought, and effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture or related field & Licensed by state/province in Landscape Architecture or equivalent Licensure. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
