• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of Data/AI/ML professionals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to envision and execute a long-term AI strategy that aligns with business goals.
• A passion for exploring new AI technologies and applying them creatively to solve industry challenges.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of ethical considerations related to AI and data usage.

Education and Experience

• A master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or business-related qualification is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML initiatives and teams, preferably in the AEC or affiliated industry.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including deep learning, natural language processing.
• Strong business acumen with a history of translating AI innovations into tangible business outcomes, aligned with ethical and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar languages used in AI development.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Understanding of cloud platforms and services for AI deployment, including leveraging AI platforms and communities.
• Strong Agile and Product development expertise.
