- Sound understanding of the principles and practices of market positioning, planning and winning sales and an interest in developing and practicing this further.

- Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Education and Experience
- Relevant engineering or science degree preferred. Other relevant degrees will be considered.
- Minimum 15 years of experience/history working within the global mining sector in a senior position with strong client relationships at executive levels in client organizations.
- Ability to travel.
