Aviation Fuel System Engineer

We are looking for a strong team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. The successful candidate will also have a detail orientation, strong writing skills, and strong design skills. Successful candidates will be a hard-working self-starter who has the ability to identify daily needs and assist as necessary to complete client assignments. Experience and competence with AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel required. Strong writing skills essential. Specification writing/review experience and construction observation experience are desirable.
Education and Experience
BS or MS mechanical or electrical engineering or mechanical or electrical engineering technology required. 5-20 years’ work experience with the design and engineering of commercial, general, or military aviation fuel systems required. PE license required. The licensure requirement may be waived for exceptionally experienced and qualified candidates. Job title and salary will be commensurate with years and type of experience and degree of licensure.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
