Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
- Proficient in benefits software and systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits enrollment platforms.
