Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Understanding of right of way laws
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, maps and right of way plans
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the team
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting, engage in creative and critical thought and effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Ability to read and interpret land survey documents and right of way maps
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, GIS
- Pursuing real estate license or right of way certification preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Notary Public in State of Florida preferred
Education and Experience
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.Position will primarily work in the field in outside weather conditions.
