BIM Manager
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Expert-level knowledge of current modeling, drafting, visualization software required, including but not limited to Revit and associated plug-ins.
- Proven track record of contributing to successful project delivery of architectural and/or engineering projects.
- Thorough understanding of buildings systems design, layout, and coordination and/or engineering.
- Strong understanding of design coordination/clash detection process and technology.
- Expert knowledge of all Microsoft M365 applications; latest Autodesk products: Revit, Navis Manage, BIM 360/ACC.
- Functional knowledge of other common AEC industry products including Bluebeam, Newforma, Sketchup, Enscape, TwinMotion, and ProCore, etc.
- Essential attributes include strong communication skills, a customer-service orientation, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education and Experience
Minimum educational requirement of an Associate’s degree or technical school certificate in a related program. A minimum of 5-7 years of related professional experience with BIM technologies and process; or an equivalent combination of education and mandatory related experience.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Work from home may be optional for up to two days per week depending on assignment.
