- Strong understanding of Transportation's systems design, layout, and coordination is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of current modeling and drafting platforms (Bentley and/or Autodesk).
- Strong understanding of design coordination/clash detection process and technology.
- Successfully manage multiple priorities across multiple projects.
- Experience with developing and/or maintaining a Digital Project Execution Plan (BEP/BXP).
- Advanced knowledge of latest Autodesk and/or Bentley products including: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, Microstation, OpenRoads Designer, Projectwise, Synchro.
- Proficiency in the following platforms is not required but would be considered an asset: InfraWorks, Dynamo, GenerativeComponents, Python, C#, Inventor, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, ArcGIS Pro, REST API, Autodesk Forge APIs, OpenBridge Designer
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management with a focus on BIM/VDC, or minimum 2 years of experience in the AEC industry at the capacity of BIM/VDC manager or coordinator.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
