Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Working knowledge in GIS software and GPS units
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Quality technical writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and function as part of a team
- An interest in ecosystems, natural resource conservation, and the outdoors is essential
- The ability to solve problems using critical thinking and to complete tasks with consideration to their own and the team's safety is important
- A positive attitude in all working conditions is key
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Biology, an environmental discipline, natural resources, or related field
- Minimum of 0-2 years work experience
- Some field experience with biological surveys in the region preferred
