Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Experience working in Agile based software development projects with good knowledge of tools and processes involved.
• Be passionate and possess good awareness about digital technologies and processes. .
• Exceptional communication, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to ask probing questions and work closely with stakeholders to determine problems and their most optimal solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience of using wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Figma etc. will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of software development technologies such as Python, C#, Java, HTML, CSS would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure would be an added advantage.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as per project requirements.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or business. 
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Technology Solutions) in preferably one of the following engineering domains – Civil/Environmental/Transportation/Energy/Water/Buildings.
