- Thorough understanding of Mining industry.
- Proven leadership experience including operational, financial, people and project management.

- Ability to negotiate skillfully in challenging situations with both internal and external groups.
- Performs well under pressure.
- Strong sense of teamwork and community.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or related field or a technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; Minimum of 10-12 years of experience. Possess a thorough understanding of financial and administrative functions of a business centre team within a large global professional services organization. An accounting designation would be considered an asset.
