Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Proven experience writing business cases and performing financial analysis on capital projects.
- Strong computer skills and literacy in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Project.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field. A Certified Financial Analyst designation is preferred.
7-9 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Consulting industry is preferred.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
