Business Development & Growth Lead

To be successful for this role you'll need:

·       Relevant experience - 10+ years of experience is desirable, with experience delivering projects preferrable.

·       Client Focus – demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships leading to repeat work.

·       Interpersonal skills – a proven ability to successfully manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple business line and functions to remove internal barriers and achieve a collaborative approach.

·       Development of opportunities - An ability to position the business to respond effectively to bids and also to create market opportunities to take them to clients.

·       Degree qualifications in relevant industry
