Your Capabilities and Credentials
As the successful candidate, you are a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and take pride in your work.
- A comprehensive working knowledge and experience with Civil 3D
- Familiarity with subdivision, site plan and/or municipal engineering drawings
- Knowledge of the local geographic area and area municipality design standards is an asset
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Map and GIS is an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is an asset
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a design or contract admin role within a land development or construction environment
- A graduate of a College or University program, ideally in civil technology /civil engineering or related field
