Civil Engineer In Training

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Basic understanding of general concepts of relevant areas of civil engineering design.
• Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and other similar material.
• Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• AutoCAD and/or Microstation experience preferred
• Attentiveness to detail, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn new skills and interface with multiple project managers

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field. Must be a registered Engineer-in-Training or the ability to obtain within six months.  Minimum of 0-4 years of experience and/or co-op/Internship experience preferred.

Typical office environment working with computers and design team with the ability to work independently. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
