Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the planning and design of municipal water, wastewater, storm water management, or water resources.
Valid driver's license.
Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Candidate must be willing and have the ability to travel, and on occasion, spend time working away from home office for extended periods of time.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Sound understanding of water and or environmental related principles and engineering concepts, including related hydraulics and hydrologic principles and concepts.
- Advanced ability to effectively communicate ideas and opinions.
- Advanced capability in water distribution / collection system network hydraulic modeling.
- Expertise in model-build, calibration and verification; needs and alternative assessments,
- evaluation and defensible solution development.
- Wide ranging experience with industry standard hydraulic model and GIS software or a willingness to independently learn.
- Knowledge of hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to deliver multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Experience of task leadership or a clear desire to take on task leadership responsibilities.
- Past success working as part of high-performing team.
- Commitment to client satisfaction and the delivery of high quality work products.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering. Master's degree preferred.Licensed Professional Engineer Preferred.
