Civil Engineering Technologist - Community Development

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Must have a thorough understanding of land development and municipal infrastructure (including site grading, sanitary and storm sewer servicing, water servicing, storm water shallow utility coordination, roadway & lot design)
• Must be a self-motivated individual possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Take a solution-oriented approach to solving problems.
• Must exhibit attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D, BlueBeam Revu.

Education and Experience

• Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field.
• Certified Engineering Technologist (or equivalent accreditation) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably directly related to land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
•  Position will primarily work in an office setting; however, this position may require occasional field work depending on the season.
