Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent oral English communication skills to work with subject matter experts to analyze learning aims and objectives to design training solutions
• Ability to quickly learn how to use new software and online tools
• Ability to design and develop eLearning and classroom/virtual training materials for adult learners
• Visual design skills to produce a variety of graphic, animation, audio-visual, simulation and script design and layout work for eLearning
• Proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• French language skills are considered an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail

The successful candidate will be currently enrolled in or have graduated from a post-secondary program in technical writing, editing, adult learning, education, instructional design, communication, or a related field. We will consider candidates with related work experience in technical writing and those with experience in instructional design.
