Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and claim analysis is considered an asset.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction contract administration, with a strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontracts.
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
