Your Capabilities and Credentials
 
  • Experience compiling, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of information/data from multiple sources required

  • Applies effective oral/written communication skills

  • Demonstrates creativity, problem solving and critical thinking

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills required

  • Experience with Talent Management Systems (preferably Oracle/Taleo)

  • Past exposure to talent acquisitions processes and practices an asset

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Communications/Marketing, Liberal Arts or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.


Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Travel may be required throughout North America.
