Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (7, 8.1 and 10), MS Office Suite, Anti-Virus software and protection procedures, and printers
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving and time management
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Must be able to move, carry and manipulate equipment up to 50 pounds.
Education and Experience
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 0-2 years of experience.
Classroom training and or experience with SCCM will be considered an asset.
Microsoft Certification in Windows, and/or COMPTIA certification in Hardware will be considered an asset.

Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
