We have an exciting summer Digital Marketing internship opportunity with our North American team! The position calls for someone who is eager to learn, flexible, has strong writing skills, and is passionate about digital media platforms. As part of our Digital & Content Strategy team, you will provide day-to-day support to help execute a wide range of digital marketing and communications activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating content for social media, digital advertisements, and stantec.com to support positioning and brand recognition efforts. Use analytics to optimize and strengthen content performance and campaign outcomes.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns. Assist in creating email templates and tracking campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze SEO performance.
- Collaborate with MCPR team to help execute general digital marketing campaigns. Assist in project coordination of digital marketing and communications initiatives.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and web-based interfaces
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Must thrive and work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Education and Experience
- Enrolled in post-secondary degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience
- Experience in the architecture/engineering/consulting industry is preferred, but not mandatory
