Your Capabilities & Credentials:

- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients
- Demonstrated proficiency with Web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
Education & Experience:
- Post-secondary degree in communications, public relations, English, journalism, or marketing
- 15+ years brand strategy experience, preferably in an agency setting; B2B or professional services client experience preferred
- Extensive experience leading development of corporate brand strategies, brand architecture programs/portfolio management, and employee engagement/experience (talent brand) initiatives
- Proven experience leading large, complex projects, bringing cutting-edge solutions to the table
