Your Capabilities and Credentials
The successful candidate will be able to- provide positive leadership;
- lead all channel sales activities;
- support business development activities;
- understand and apply marketing and communication tools to channel sales;
- develop a positive team environment;
- apply critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions;
- direct and execute highly complex or specialized projects;
- anticipate and identify client needs and synthesize them into concepts and solutions leveraging GenerationAV™ products/offerings;
- provide strong attention to detail;
- demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interactions with coworkers, supervisor, and clients, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction;
- apply Project Management Principles;
- effectively organize, plan, prioritize, and manage time and competing priorities.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree is required with a Masters of Business Administration preferred. 10+ years of sales, marketing, communications, and/or brand management experience. Working experience around connected, automated and other advanced mobility solutionsTypical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
