Electrical Co-op Student, Mining (Summer 2021)

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Basic understanding of general concepts of relevant areas of engineering design.
• Understanding of engineering concepts and ability to effectively communicate ideas to others.
• Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and other similar material.
• Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit or Microstation would be considered an asset.
• Developing cooperative skills in working efficiently within a team.

Education and Experience

Currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary program leaning towards the electrical discipline. 
Co-op/Internship experience would be considered an asset.

Work Environment

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Currently due to COVID 19 protocols, Stantec offices are either closed or only open to specific personnel.  Applicant must be able to work efficiently from a home office environment.
