Your Opportunity
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will work in a team environment and have exposure to infrastructure projects which may include renewable energy systems, parks, marinas/boatyards, roadways, transportation facilities, site development projects, rail projects, ITS/traffic signal systems and electrical infrastructure design. Candidates should be highly motivated and dependable students who are taking or have taken electrical engineering type courses. This is a terrific opportunity for a college student to support several exciting local projects. This internship is for Summer 2025 (June through August) in our New York City or Rochelle Park, NJ office.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Prepare basic deliverables and documents including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Examine field conditions as required to support development and completion of projects.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Design tasks will include lighting design, energy code compliance, lighting/power circuiting design, construction cost estimating, and CAD drafting.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
• Enrolled in a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering program from an accredited institution.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation and/or BIM/REVIT is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.

Enrolled in a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering program from an accredited institution.
Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
