- Extensive experience with Microsoft programs/tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess basic knowledge of engineering practices within own discipline.
- Knowledgeable of accepted design and construction concepts, practices and procedures.
- Able to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and specifications, technical procedures and government regulations.
- Proficient in applicable software (i.e., CAD and Revit).
- Exhibits effective communication skills to communicate the scope and coordinate tasks with vendors and co-workers.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical design and consulting for tenant improvement projects, new construction buildings, central plant work, existing facility upgrades or related markets preferred.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft programs/tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license a bonus.
- Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
