Your Opportunity:
We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Engagement & Culture Consultant to lead and support initiatives in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region that drive inclusion, diversity, equity and employee engagement. As part of the global Engagement and Culture team, you will work closely with regional HR leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and other stakeholders to deliver subject matter expertise and support on different programs in the region and across our global community.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with our regional HR Client Services team to lead regional Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) initiatives.
Provide IDE subject matter expertise in response to requests for content for marketing pursuits and proposals.
Provide guidance and support to ERG leads.
Coordinate Regional Council activities in support of initiatives across the region.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver assessments, reporting, and social procurement activities.
Manage relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on specialised initiatives related to First Nations initiatives (e.g. Reconciliation Action Plan).
Equip the HR Client Services team with relevant advice and subject matter expertise in response to employee requests and other scenarios that require this input.
In collaboration with the regional HR team, prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences, including regional councils and leadership teams.
Collaborate with HR and Learning teams to align campaigns and activities with broader organisational goals and ensure strategic value.
Work alongside the global Engagement and Culture team on company-wide culture initiatives such as Observances.
Your Capabilities & Credentials:
Experience in an IDE or Accessibility focused role.
Solid understanding of APAC cultural and legislative contexts related to IDE.
Previous experience with regional IDE initiatives, including Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) Australia and First Nations-focused initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven influencer and collaborator, with the ability to provide guidance and support across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Experience working effectively with a variety of stakeholders and creating strong working relationships.
An ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment, as well as possess critical thinking in ambiguous situations.
Recognised for your learning mindset, initiative, ability to understand the business and navigate challenges, and deliver new and innovative approaches.
Overall understanding of HR policies and programs and core HR competencies.
Adaptability to rapidly changing demands.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with SharePoint, HR systems, and/or AI tools such as CoPilot an asset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a global, hybrid environment across geographies and time zones

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
5+ years of related work experience in IDE, HR, or employee engagement
Previous experience with First Nations initiatives an asset
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
