Enterprise Asset Management Specialist
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Specific technology skillsets we’re seeking:
Cityworks, Lucity EAM, Cartegraph or other GIS based CMMS configuration
Strong familiarity with ArcGIS Suite of platforms including the ArcGIS Utility Network
Languages including but not limited to Python, JavaScript and Arcade
Relational database expertise
Types of Industry experience we’re seeking:
Broad range of local government and utility planning, operation and asset management ISO 55000 experience, and willingness to acquire additional asset management training and certifications in support of providing advisory services around EAM.
The ability and desire to leverage knowledge of CMMS implementation and optimization to identify solutions to client challenges in asset management. This includes work process development, asset inventory and hierarchy design, and KPI development.
The ability and desire to apply knowledge of utility asset lifecycle and related business processes managed within an EAM such as asset handover, inspections, asset maintenance and repair, work scheduling, inventory, and repair/refurbish/replace decisions to meet client-specific needs and objectives related to their EAM systems and asset management practices.

Experience:
Elements of project management experience, including preparing and managing project scope, schedule, team activities, communication, and deliverables.
5 or more years of experience but will consider those with less experience.
Hands on experience working directly to develop solutions with local government and utility leadership.
Technologically advanced in one or more enterprise technologies.
