Entry Level Landscape Designer
Your Capabilities and Credentials
• Excellent design, graphic, computer, written, and verbal communication skills who has an ability to communicate ideas, concepts and goals with the entire team on a wide variety of projects
• Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of construction document preparation, and familiarity with plant materials suited to Florida preferred
• Possess proficient hand drafting and sketching abilities resulting in strong conceptual designs
• The successful candidate is highly motivated and passionate about design, possesses strong time management, critical thinking, organizational skills, and has the ability to multitask
• Applicants should be comfortable working within a team environment, as well as being productive independently with limited supervision
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree of Landscape Architecture and/or Master’s Degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program is required• 0-5 years of internship and/or full-time work experience within the state of Florida in a similar fast paced and detail oriented office environment is preferred.
