- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with environmental regulations in one or more northeastern states is essential.
- Pursuing PE, PG, LSP, and/or LEP within 5 years
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER required.
- Training or certifications with OSHA Competent Person standards is a plus.
- Ability to complete assignments independently and delegate work / lead a team when necessary.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter who is proactive and can identify daily needs and assist as necessary to complete client assignments.
- Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required.
- Willingness to travel to support field assignments as necessary.
- Experience with environmental sampling is preferred.
Education and Experience
- B.S. (M.S. a plus) degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or related discipline
- Previous co-op/Internship of quality experience with site assessments, site investigation and remediation, and regulatory compliance support.
