- Strong understanding of the Ontario environmental services market and the Ontario mining sector (including all stages of the mining life cycle) - experience at an operating site would be an asset
- An entrepreneurial orientation with a strong understanding of the key elements required for successful business development
- Solid reputation and high level of personal and professional credibility
- Proven leadership and business development skills
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience
- University degree with at least 10 years of professional experience
- Experience leading environmental support for mining projects of significant size and/or complexity, ideally in Ontario
- Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with colleagues, clients, agencies, and Indigenous communities
- Seasoned project delivery experience, ideally in consulting services
