Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Demonstrated success winning and delivering Federal programs and projects.
• Strong knowledge of and existing relationships within the USACE Pacific Ocean Honolulu Division (POD), NAVFAC Pacific, and PACAF/AFCEC Pacific.
• Strong business development skills, including significant experience building and maintaining effective relationships.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
• An appreciation for the level of quality our clients expect including demonstrated successful experience in client service management.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.
• An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges of a consulting-services provider.
• Experience operating within a collaborative environment of highly skilled professionals including internal networking across a large enterprise as well as demonstrated experience building and developing successful external relationships.
• Experience managing large design-build projects is a plus.
• Involvement in professional affiliations is a plus.
• Veterans are encouraged.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ relevant experience with the federal government
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences or related field, master’s degree is a plus.
