Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of data model and system flows for one or more application domains.

Strong system troubleshooting skills.

Formal training and/or accreditation in accounting/financial management, human resources or other relevant discipline.

Good presentation and facilitation skills.

Demonstrated proficiency with the following:

Microsoft Office tools such as Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Understanding internal system flows for a particular application domain

QA testing tools such as HP Quality Center
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Completion of a post-secondary Business, Finance, or Information Technology related program or comparable education.

Experience with system development and testing methodologies and tools.
-
Project management and/or project lead experience.
-
Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).

Hands on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite in one or more of the following modules:
-
Projects
-
Financials
-
HRMS
