Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Experience with Human Resources policies, procedures and guidelines
• Foundational knowledge of employee engagement principles
• Familiarity of employee engagement survey and action plan principles
• Experienced with training and facilitation principles including adult learning theory
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Robust analytical, metrics and reporting background
• Able to exercise confidentiality, discretion and sound judgment;
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Education and Experience

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts or related field; Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Human Resource experience required preferably with a large global professional services firm.
• Human Resources Certification, such as CHRP, SPHR or PHR is an asset.
• You will work in a typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Travel may be required throughout North America.
