Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or management. 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience providing consultation to managers and leaders that support the achievement of business goals, including exceptional, proactive internal customer experiences. This experience will include solid, complex, professional-level HR business partnering experience (as a HR Business Partner or HR Specialist at a Consultant or Advisor level)
  • CPHR (or CPHR Candidate) designation is required. 

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Minimal travel may be required on an infrequent basis.
