Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Valued as a consummate professional, exercising confidentiality, discretion, sound judgment as well as possessing critical thinking in ambiguous situations.
  • Respected for your agility, flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and having a focus for action-orientation on results and the competing needs of internal customers across three time zones.
  • Self-directed with a sense of urgency. Strong ability to balance operational and strategic tasks, originating from multiple sources, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Regarded as a developing communicator and able to influence a broad and diverse range of stakeholders through effective relationships, verbal and written communication.
  • Noted for your ability to identify and anticipate operational business and human capital problems, then providing and executing innovative solutions with attention to small but critical details.
  • Distinguished as a developing business partner who learns the business and takes an active interest in continually enhancing your business acumen.
  • Developmental skills in coaching managers, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management.
  • Distinguished for an interest in continual personal development and keeping current in human resource best practices through external resources and building a strong HR network.
  • Prior experience successfully operating within a matrix global organization and within a geographically dispersed team is an asset.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or management.

  • A minimum of one to two years of HR analyst or coordinator-level experience, including exceptional, proactive internal customer experiences.

  • Certified (or are eligible to register) as a CPHR Candidate.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Some professional-level HR business partnering experience (as a HR business partner, HR specialist or recruiter at a consultant or advisor level) is an asset.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Minimal travel may be required on an infrequent basis.
