  • Regarded as a developing communicator and able to influence a broad and diverse range of stakeholders through effective relationships, verbal and written communication.
  • Distinguished as a developing business partner who learns the business and takes an active interest in continually enhancing your business acumen.
  • Developmental skills in coaching managers, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management.
  • Distinguished for an interest in continual personal development and keeping current in human resource best practices through external resources and building a strong HR network.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR Analyst or Coordinator-level experience, including exceptional, proactive internal customer experiences.
  • HR certifications such as a CPHR are preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Some professional-level HR business partnering experience (as an HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist). 

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Travel may be required between local offices and throughout the region.
