Human Resources Director

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, diversity and inclusion, and legal compliance.
• Ability to successfully communicate and liaison with all employees.
• Must be eligible to obtain a US Secret Clearance
• Position requires a drug screen

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent is preferred. A Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources is also very desirable.
• A minimum business experience of ten years of experience. Prior experience working for a federal government contractor is highly preferred.
