About the role 
Stantec's Buildings Team in Sydney are seeking a Hydraulic BIM Modeller to join the team during this exciting growth period. This position is aimed at someone who has proven Revit experience working on building projects.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including residential, healthcare, commercial, data centres, retail, defence, industrial and educational building projects. This position is suitable for someone looking to grow with a professional and supportive team.

Day to day tasks would involve: 
•    Prepare documentation using Autodesk products, predominantly Revit
•    Deliver drafting / design building services work packages relating to hydraulic projects.
•    Manage and review models using Navisworks, Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud and other software and platforms.
•    Execute drafting work within time constraints to a professional standard
•    Produce detailed, coordinated Hydraulic services models and attend interdisciplinary coordination workshops
•    Produce drawings to ensure that technical design will provide the appropriate solution
•    Reliably support Senior Engineers and Project Technical Leaders 
•    Adhere to Stantec professional standards, ethics and Stantec quality procedures
•    Opportunities to work on multi-disciplinary models

To be successful for this role you'll need:
•    Hydraulic drafting experience working on building services projects 
•    Understanding of BIM techniques using Revit 
•    Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards  
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative and think outside the box
•    Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
