BUILDINGS: Hydraulic Team Lead
NATIONWIDE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Hydraulic Team Lead in the Buildings team. You will be the advocate of the business both internally within Stantec and externally to clients and professional organisations within the region.
Key elements of the role will include;
Provide operational leadership to your team, including setting clear goals, expectations, workload, resourcing and outputs to ensure a highly engaged and productive team
Work with the wider team to ensure project delivery, innovation, collaboration and work sharing across wider Buildings business.
In conjunction with the Leadership team monitor staffing needs/capability in your team and wider region, including identifying succession planning, training and resourcing needs
Support the Leadership team in identifying market trends, pursuing opportunities and win revenue generating works from local government and private clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop business opportunities.
Lead a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, health & safety, encourages individual integrity, and focuses on the customer and service delivery
Continue to successfully manage your technical portfolio of projects
The Team Leader position is a function in addition to an employee’s substantive technical/project contribution role.
