Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Knowledge of the unique technology needs of the Water and related Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) practice.
• Knowledge of hardware, administration, and licensing as required to support computer-aided drafting, BIM, quality assurance, project management, and design applications specific to the A/E industry.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities; well organized; detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within all levels of an organization.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Expert level Microsoft product user; Office365 Suite including Visio and Project.
• Functional knowledge of common industry products; Bluebeam, Autodesk Platform Products, Bentely products, ESRI products.
• Functional low-code/no-code skills and willingness to enhance this tool set.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years' experience driving or supporting innovation and applied technologies implementation to meet the unique needs of the water/wastewater/biosolids market.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Working Conditions

• Ability to drive on behalf of the Company.
• Ability to travel 25-30%.
