Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Proficiency in Revit is required. Experience with Enscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in the most recent design software (Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, etc.) is required.
- Strong creative design and drawing skills, graphic and oral design presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate abstract ideas (verbal/written/graphic).
- Ability to manage deliverables at different phases of projects including construction documents and meeting client expectations.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere as well as across offices.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year CIDA accredited Interior Design program (or work experience equivalent).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience.
- Working towards NCIDQ.
- Working towards or holding LEED AP/Associate certification a plus.
- Science and Technology and Workplace sector experience a strong plus.
