Intermediate Civil Technologist / Technician

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Understanding of concepts of relevant areas of civil engineering design.
• Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and other similar material.
• Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate a flexible approach to work assignments.
• Experience and a willingness to undertake resident and part time construction reviews is also required.
• Requires understanding and proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Basic understanding of topographic or construction layout surveying.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possession of a valid driver license. 

Education and Experience

Diploma in Computer Aided Design and Drafting Technology, or Civil Engineering Technology. Minimum 2-8 years’ experience is preferred

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
