Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Able to convey a compelling story through their design.
- Well-rounded experience in Interior design phases, pre-design to construction documentation, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly skilled conceptual ideation, rendering and presentation abilities, using 3D modeling talents in Revit and SketchUp with associated rendering plug-ins (Enscape).
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and experience with Revit is an asset.
- Experience working on multiple projects, while successfully managing priorities, conflicting deadlines, and various demands.
- Experience in reviewing work and leading small teams in a collaborative setting.
- Communicate with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure high quality project delivery.
- Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines to incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
Interior Designer or Architect with 5-7 years of experience preferably with proven understanding of the Retail, Hospitality and Restaurant design.
Position will primarily work in an office setting.
