Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Extensive experience with vegetation and wetland assessments, the Alberta Wetland Policy, and other relevant environmental legislation and regulatory agencies (e.g. EUB, AUC, NEB, and CEAA)
- Botanical and vegetation inventory survey experience including taxonomy and species identification
- Strong technical writing skills (including technical papers and regulatory submissions, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Experience and skills in rare plants, soils, and/or conservation and reclamation planning would be a definite asset
Education and Experience
Bachelors or Masters of Science in a biological sciences or related discipline from a recognized university
Minimum of 6 years’ experience within Alberta which must include some consulting experience
