- In the process of becoming a Registered Architect in Canada preferred.
- Strong BIM knowledge and Revit proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of additional modeling and design software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Grasshopper is an asset.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and others.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes.
- Proven technical understanding of building science and construction contracts.
- Able to work effectively in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and design team members

Education and Experience
- A degree in Architecture (4 year) Undergraduate or Masters’ degree is required.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
