Your Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Summer Intern. This is an exciting opportunity for a student to experience and participate in many key recruiting functions that impact the attraction, interviewing and hiring of new employees across North America. Your Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to do full lifecycle recruiting, which includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews, dispositioning candidates, conducting intake calls with our hiring managers, and generating employment offers.
- Work with business leaders to ensure their job postings are up to date.
- Coordinate career fair materials, such as banners, tablecloths, and giveaways for our recruiting events. You will work with business leaders to understand what event they are attending and how to select materials that match to objective of that event.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Takes initiative and shows ability to prioritize.
- Ability to partner successfully with varying levels within the organization.
- Desire to build a career in talent management, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in human resources or other business-related degree program. Has previous work experience with relatable skills.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
