International Development Contracts Administrator

Your Capabilities and Credentials

·       Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as accounting, finance, business, or international development required

·       Five (5) years of experience in international finance and proposal budget development for international and/or federally funded programs

·       Five (5) years of experience in administration of diverse contract types (e.g., FP, T&M, CPFF, CPIF, etc.) for US Federal government clients

·       Demonstrated experience working on multi-million-dollar proposals submitted to US Federal entities with a particular emphasis on budgeting for USAID and MCC proposals

·       Demonstrated experience supporting pursuit and administration of contracts issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, FAR Part 15, and FAR Part 36

·       Working knowledge in interpreting and applying FAR, USAID Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR), and State Department (DSSR) regulations, and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) and other related policy and guidance

·       Proficiency in MS suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional a plus

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Willingness to work non-traditional hours across multiple time zones and/or during peak periods and travel internationally, on a limited, as needed basis

Preferred Experience:

·       Experience with GSA supply schedules and Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA)

·       Knowledge of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations and procedures

·       Experience administering grants and cooperative agreements.
